VP, Late Development Team Lead, Oncology

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced VP, Late Development Team Lead in the field of Oncology to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives with innovative medicines. This critical role involves leading the Late Development Team (LDT) in shaping and executing global product strategies, integrating scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial aspects to deliver life-changing therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional LDT(s) to drive product strategy from proof of concept to approval.
• Establish vision and strategy, identify development opportunities, and optimize value for patients.
• Develop global Integrated Product Development Plans and oversee regulatory filings.
• Provide mentorship, promote team cohesion, and align resources for successful execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 15 years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry.
• Proven leadership in late-stage drug development with a focus on oncology.
• Experience in leading complex projects, managing collaborations, and delivering innovative solutions.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
