Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are crucial to ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers to enjoy. As a warehouse associate, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse standards and achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Participate in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven behaviors.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
