Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an exceptional Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead to join our innovative team. As a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients, we are looking for a talented individual to lead the Late Development Team (LDT) in establishing and executing on a global product(s) strategy in the oncology field.

Responsibilities

• Lead one (or more) cross functional LDT(s) with accountability for product strategy and operational execution from Proof of Concept (POC) to approval.
• Establish a vision and strategy for the product with the LDT and relevant functional matrix teams.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to LDT functional matrix teams and activities executed in matrix and functional channels.
• Collaborate with relevant functions to develop effective working relationships internally and externally.

Requirements

• 15+ years of global multi-disciplinary drug development experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Prior experience in large scale late phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in a strategic multi-functional environment.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
