Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an innovative Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our global biopharmaceutical team. In this role, you will lead cutting-edge analytics methodologies to drive actionable insights and strategic decision-making across multiple functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand performance, share market insights, and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations to support business decisions
- Apply advanced analytics methodologies such as predictive analytics and machine learning
- Execute analytical solutions for business opportunity assessment and promotion response analysis
- Contribute to brand executive meetings and support business planning
- Analyze key brand metrics nationally to guide business strategy
Requirements
- BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred
- 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and Tableau
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources like Symphony and IQVIA
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $152,000-$228,000
