Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This position plays a critical role in providing guidance and support to Medical Science Liaisons in Hematology-Oncology to engage thought leaders and contribute to our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will lead, manage, and develop the MSL team, ensuring high performance and adherence to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Guide MSLs in developing relationships with thought leaders in Hematology-Oncology.
• Lead, manage, coach, and train MSLs to support high performance.
• Maintain territory engagement plans and ensure reporting of clinical insights.
• Collaborate with Medical Leadership and commercial field teams to address challenges.

Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent, Oncology experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, team management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to present data effectively, and willingness to travel up to 60%.
