Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead, Oncology (BTC & GEA)
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to lead our Late Development Team in the field of Oncology. As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for strategically driving product development from proof of concept to approval, ensuring the alignment of scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams in developing and executing product strategies.
- Establish global product development plans aligned with company goals.
- Provide operational guidance to matrix teams and facilitate regulatory filings.
- Ensure team cohesiveness and performance optimization.
- Mentor team members and drive decision quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize product value.
Requirements
- 15+ years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry.
- Proven leadership in late-stage drug development and regulatory submissions.
- Experience managing collaborations and alliances effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Education and Licenses
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
