Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the US Medical Affairs training objectives, strategy plan, learning programs, and field excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs for our therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to create scientific training curriculum.
• Develop strategic training plans for USMA teams.
• Onboard new hires and support continuous development for field Medical teams.
• Maintain and update training content for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Evaluate training programs and adapt methods for effectiveness.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas desirable.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and training program evaluation.
