Job Description: Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to play a central role within the Analytics & Insights team. The ideal candidate will apply cutting-edge advanced analytics methodologies to generate novel insights and actions, lead digital and promotional response analytics, and integrate business insights across multiple data inputs.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Apply advanced analytics methodologies for predictive analytics and performance drivers identification.
• Execute analytical solutions for business opportunity assessment.
• Contribute to brand executive review meetings and enhance collaborative insights sharing.
• Analyze key brand metrics nationally and provide key data for business management.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Deep experience with pharmaceutical data sources.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and business partners.
