1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse appearance and safety standards are met. This role requires the ability to work efficiently, collaborate with team members, and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise and prepare it for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
