Job Title: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and take part in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect and maintain product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive, success-driven, and efficient work behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
