Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines and load/unload shipments efficiently.
• Organize and clean the warehouse to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and ability to work in a team environment.
