1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This role offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, including selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift product up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in various conditions.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
