Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an hourly wage starting from $18.00 - $24.00 based on shift differentials and schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by fulfilling store orders, handling merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load, unload, and sort merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work independently within your area of responsibility.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
