1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This role offers up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differentials, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
