1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. The position offers a competitive starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving and relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
