1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and entails various schedules with 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Perform tasks efficiently within company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
