1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Contribute to process improvements and product quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Physically able to stand, bend, reach, and walk in varying temperatures.
