1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, managing inventory, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with teammates and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and excellent communication abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
