Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for 1st Shift at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and fulfilling orders. Your responsibilities include receiving and relocating merchandise in the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and management. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
