1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. With a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, this position offers an opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for selecting and organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and working collaboratively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Moving merchandise and preparing deliveries.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
