1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This position offers up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour and requires working 30-35 hours per week during the 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning duties and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work habits, positivity, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate warehouse equipment.
