Title: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Salary: Up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse as needed.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products, maintain safety standards, and provide input for process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and independently within delegated responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in varying temperatures.
