Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive, and successful behaviors.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
