Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and efficiently process incoming stock.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to management.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and within company guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
