Job Description
We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect product quality and communicate effectively with management.
- Operate equipment safely following guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
