Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling, organization, and distribution of merchandise within our warehouse facility. This position offers a starting wage of up to $26.75 per hour, along with a range of schedules to accommodate different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
