Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
