1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
