1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. This position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders efficiently, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
