1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and preparing shipments for delivery. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
