1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour and operates on the 1st Shift with a 7:00 AM start time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with the team, demonstrate resilience, strive for success, and operate with efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
