1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule, with 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
