1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
