1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the processing and distribution of products to our stores. This position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour and an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist with unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, bending, reaching, and moving merchandise.
• Working in varying temperatures, both hot and cold.
• Safely operating powered industrial equipment.
