1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Are you looking for a part-time opportunity in warehouse operations? Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. Our dedicated team ensures efficient stock management and timely delivery to our stores. This role offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour and averages fewer than 30 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and management to enhance processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate industrial equipment and work in varying temperatures.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
