1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our customers. As a warehouse associate, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
