Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in our warehouse operations. In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in compliance with warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
