Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Join our team of hardworking individuals operating in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities:

• Select incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of teamwork and collaboration.
• Possess positive attitude and resilience.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to change.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
