1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are vital in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers' satisfaction. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training to perform your duties successfully.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately within company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and walk in varying temperatures.
