Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to upkeep warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for optimal warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
