Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of store orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment and delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle items up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
