1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, organizing merchandise strategically, and ensuring warehouse appearance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate with the team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
