1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and basic mathematical skills.
