Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI, a well-known retail company. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock to fulfill store orders. You will play a key role in ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with the flexibility to work in varying temperatures.
