Job Description

We are looking for part-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. As a member of our warehouse team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and safety instructions to ensure success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership for operational improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive, driven, and efficient.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Perform tasks in various temperatures and environments.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
