We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring products are accurately received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers. Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk as needed.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
