1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading/unloading, cleaning, inventory management, and more.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
