1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Inspect product quality and assist in process improvement.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
