Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capacity to lift, move, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
