1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, relocating, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
